This Wednesday 4pm UK time, we’ll be cooking a simple pantry coconut butter beans & vegetable stew and focusing on building flavour from basic ingredients.
What to bring (flexible, not strict):
- 4 carrots
- 1 large onion (or 2 small)
- 3–4 stalks of celery
- 1–2 medium sweet potatoes or any vegetables you have
- Tomato paste
- Garlic
- Coconut milk
- Any spices you already have at home
No need to shop specially, adapt with what’s in your fridge or pantry.
