Weekly Group Coaching Begins August 5
I'm excited to officially kick off our weekly live group coaching sessions. First session: Wednesday 5 August Time: 6:00 pm AEST Duration: Approximately 60 minutes You'll find the Zoom link in the Weekly Coaching Calls page inside the Group Coaching Hub. These sessions are designed to help you apply what you're learning in the course to your own training, competition and day-to-day life. Rather than giving generic advice, we'll work through the patterns underneath what's happening and build practical strategies together. Each week I'll also post a Weekly Coaching Thread in the Community where you can submit questions beforehand. I'll use those questions to shape the live session, so even if you can't attend, your question can still be covered. If you can't make it live, don't worry. Every session will be recorded and uploaded to the Replay Library within 24–48 hours. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Welcome to The Regulated Athlete
Welcome! I'm genuinely excited you're here. This community exists to support athletes who want to better understand their nervous system and build sustainable, high-performance habits—not through more discipline or motivation, but through greater self-understanding. Whether you're here to learn through the free community or you're working with me inside the Regulated Athlete Method, I'm glad you've joined us. Before you dive in, I'd encourage you to complete these three steps: Step 1 — Introduce yourself Head to the 💬 Community tab and introduce yourself. Copy and paste these questions into your post if you'd like: - Your name - Where you're from - Your sport - What's your biggest challenge right now? - What's one thing you're hoping to get from this community? There's no pressure to share everything—only what you're comfortable with. Step 2 — Find the right place to start If you're a community member: Take a look through the discussions, free resources and educational posts. Ask questions, share your experiences and learn alongside other athletes. If you're enrolled in the Regulated Athlete Method: Head over to the 📚 Classroom and begin with the Welcome lesson before working through Module 1. You'll also find access to the Weekly Group Coaching Hub, where you'll be able to join our live coaching sessions and watch previous replays. Step 3 — Get involved This community becomes valuable when people contribute. If you have a question, ask it. If you've had a breakthrough, share it. If something you've learned has helped you, let everyone know. The more conversations we have, the more everyone benefits. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and supporting you throughout your journey. Welcome aboard. — Brianna

Creating a Safe Community
I want this community to feel like somewhere you can be honest without worrying about being judged. Please keep a few things in mind: • Be respectful, even if someone experiences things differently to you. • Everyone is at a different stage of their journey. • Share your experiences, not advice. What works for you may not work for someone else. • Keep discussions supportive and constructive. • Respect each other's privacy. What's shared here stays here. • This community is designed for education and coaching. It isn't a replacement for medical or psychological care. Most importantly... Be curious. Not just about yourself, but about everyone else here too.

Introduce Yourself
One of the best parts of this community is getting to learn alongside other athletes who understand what it's like to navigate the challenges of training, performance and a nervous system that doesn't always make things easy. I'd love for you to introduce yourself below. You can use these prompts if they're helpful: - Your name - Where you're from - Your sport - What's your biggest challenge right now? - What's one thing you're hoping to get from this program? Feel free to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Take a few minutes to read through everyone else's introductions too, you might find someone with a very similar experience to your own. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and supporting you throughout your journey. Welcome to The Regulated Athlete!

Ask Your Questions
If you're working through the course and get stuck... Ask here. Whether it's: - a lesson you didn't quite understand - a workbook question - applying something to your own sport - clarification around a concept No question is too small. If you're wondering about it, chances are someone else is too.
