@Linda Ferguson!!! Welcome to this little landing pad. I’m so glad you found it, and genuinely delighted to see your name pop up here. This is a quiet, practice-based space with mostly audio reflections and some walking practices you can take out into the world. There’s no right way to engage, so feel free to poke around and see what catches your attention. And if you’re up for it, drop a line to say hello! @Patrick Barrow Welcome to The Practice of Insight. So glad you are here so we can keep staying connected. This is a space for unpacking how we notice, how we judge, and how we learn to trust what we see. I find that it's pretty messy work sometimes. Clarity doesn't come from having it all figured out. It comes from staying with what's actually there. Insight tends to arrive after the effort, not during it. Maybe you've noticed this yourself? You do the noticing, you sit with the evidence, you make the call. Then understanding shows up, often when you've stopped pushing for it. I have still got you? And there's something about doing this together. Collective noticing. Collective valuing. Other people catch what you miss. Hearing how someone else weighs things helps you trust your own perception more. So, have a wander. Start with the Foundations course when you're ready. No rush. Looking forward to what you notice.
