With darker days approaching quickly, I wanted to get a quick pulse check to see how everyone is feeling in terms of keeping up with their physical and mental health.
I used to struggle every year. The second the temps dropped below 60 my brain would say “it’s time to be sad again”… I repeated the cycle for YEARS.
Until 2 years ago. I FINALLY feel like I found a system that works for me and I’ve officially made it through 2 winters without the dreaded ‘season depression’.
I would love nothing more than to teach you the systems that have worked for me and how you can apply them to your own life. But first, I’m curious to see how we’re all feeling heading into this winter.
