Hi every one!
📍 Name: Joe Essert 🎯 Goal (size/weight gain target): I’m lean and not mean, trying to bulk up in size and strength. I have always been around 140lbs and being that I’m only 5’7” ish Id like to get bigger but not rounder 💪 Training experience (beginner/intermediate): Tbh Id say Im back to beginner level. About a year ago I was working out hard and a lot. Shredded off the little body fat I had at the time and was very cut but never actually bulked up. Perhaps not good enough diet or an incorrect work out routine for what I wanted to accomplish. 🔥 Why you joined: I joined because I am a mechanic that is aging and feeling like I am getting sluggish. I have hurt myself in this field before ultimately because I was not maintaining my body correctly. I need to start making changes for my well being. Thus, I am here to make an effort to not only maintain but enhance my body and my physical capabilities. I need more strength and energy for my career and more importantly, my wellbeing. I hope to push through the struggles along side all of you!

I here to build a community so that we can hold each other accountable and be surrounded by an environment of dudes out here GETTIN IT!!
