Hey everyone, Unfortunately, a couple of boats in the harbour caught fire over the weekend and has contaminated the water in the harbour so we have been advised not to let anyone swim until further notice. For now, please feel free to use the showers and ice bath at the Hillarys location if you have a sauna booked in. Thank you!

As of the 4th of February, ice baths will be located at our Leighton and Hillarys beach side locations. Move between heat and cold immersion to reset the mind and body in our brand new baths. We're very excited to welcome this ritual back! Book online by selecting Ice Bath as an add-on to your sauna session.
