Hey guys! Jason & I are hosting the first ever RAWT (Real, Awkward, & Wildly Therapeutic) Circle next Monday, 19 January from 6-8pm at The Neighbourhood Sauna Teahouse. 🤩 It's an evening for being a bit unhinged. The goal is laughter and connection and dropping all expectations. Think... healing circle, but for our shadow sides to sit together, take up space - to be seen, heard and validated, all in a humorous container.
