Hey everyone! I’m the mom behind The Mom Reset. I’m a mom of 2 biological kids, and I’m also raising my 2 nieces. My motherhood journey has looked a little different than most. I’ve helped raise nieces, nephews, and stepchildren, and at one point I had 5 kids under my roof. So I’ve spent a LOT of years being Mom — taking care of everyone else, making sure everyone was okay, and putting myself somewhere at the bottom of the list. And somewhere along the way, I lost a little bit of myself. My health, my energy, my confidence, my routines…they all took a backseat. Eventually, I realized I couldn’t keep waiting for life to slow down before I started taking care of me. So I started my own reset. Not perfect. Not overnight. Just small changes that helped me feel healthier, stronger, more confident, and more like me again. And that’s why I created The Mom Reset. A place for moms to share the real stuff — health journeys, nutrition, recipes, peptide journeys, motivation, struggles, wins, and everything in between. Because we spend so much of our lives taking care of everyone else. We deserve to take care of ourselves too. 🫶 So this is me — my before, my after, and everything in between. Now I want to hear from YOU. ❤️ Drop a photo, tell us where you’re starting, or just say hi. No judgment. No perfection. Just moms supporting moms.

Welcome to the Mom Reset
Hey Mama. You're here because you're ready to start putting yourself back on the list. ❤️ This isn't about being perfect. It's about making progress when you're working, raising kids, running a household and somehow trying to find five minutes for yourself. We're going to talk about: 🥗 Nutrition 🏋️ Strength & fitness 🎯 Weight loss 🧠 Mindset 🧬 GLP-1s & peptide research ❤️ Confidence 👯 Accountability Your first assignment: 👇 Introduce yourself! 1. What's your name? 2. What stage of life are you in? 3. What's one thing you want to change about your health? 4. What's one thing you're proud of yourself for already? Don't overthink it. We're glad you're here. ❤️

💪STRONG MOM: START SMALL
You don’t need a gym. You don’t need an hour. You don’t need to be “in shape” to start. You just need to start moving. ❤️ If you’re feeling stiff, tired, or like your body has been sitting on the sidelines for too long, let’s start with small wins. Try one of these today: ✅ 5–10 minutes of movement — walk around the block, march in place, dance in your kitchen, whatever gets you moving. ✅ 5 squats — use a chair if you need to. Sit down and stand back up. ✅ 5 wall push-ups — no equipment needed. ✅ Stretch for 2–3 minutes — neck, shoulders, hips, back and legs. ✅ Take the stairs once instead of the elevator. That’s it. You don’t have to crush a workout. You’re simply teaching your body: we’re moving again. Then build from there. 5 minutes becomes 10. 5 squats becomes 10. One walk becomes a daily habit. Strong doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one small win at a time. 💪❤️ Drop a 💪 if you’re committing to ONE small movement goal today! #StrongMom #MomReset #SmallWins #MomFitness #Mobility #StrongerEveryDay
