🌿 March 20th Studio Stillness Spotlight — Compassionate Discipline
Beautiful Souls, 💜 Today inside the Studio Stillness Library, we’re highlighting a practice that gently reshapes the way many of us relate to growth… Compassionate Discipline: Gentle Accountability in Action This week’s YouTube deep dive explored this powerful thought, that most people don’t struggle with discipline because they lack willpower. They actually struggle because their nervous system is overwhelmed. When we’re dysregulated, discipline turns into force. Pressure. All-or-nothing thinking. But when we regulate first (maybe through something as simple as the physiological sigh), something shifts. Discipline softens. It becomes: “I believe in you.” “Let’s take one small step.” “We can begin again.” That is compassionate discipline. Inside today’s guided meditation, you’ll explore this through a visualization of your future self, the version of you who follows through not through pressure, but through devotion rooted in self-respect. This is not about doing more. It’s about learning how to walk beside yourself differently. 📍 You can find this full guided practice inside the Studio Stillness Library. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Embodied Prompt: 🧘🏻‍♀️ Place one hand on your heart. Take a slow inhale…a second small inhale…and a long, steady exhale. Now ask yourself: {{What is one promise I can keep today… gently?}} 📝 Weekend Reflection: 📝 As you move into the weekend, consider this: What would discipline look like if it came from love instead of pressure? Continue the Practice If you haven’t yet, I highly recommend pairing this meditation with today’s YouTube teaching, video below: “The Nervous System Reset No One Talks About” (Backed By Science) It will help you understand why this approach works. Not just mentally, but biologically. 💌 Invitation: 💌 If you’re ready to go deeper with this work — including full guided meditations, study guides, and nervous system tools — the Premium Community is open to you.

🌿 March 20th Studio Stillness Spotlight — Compassionate Discipline
Tonight's Live Metta Moment - Wednesday March 18th
Beautiful Soul 💜 Tonight, we gather for a very special Live Metta Moment in partnership with Don’t Touch My Mindset: 🌄 Lighting the Way: Leadership That Multiplies 🕯 5:30pm PST / 7:30pm CST / 8:30pm EST This is not a practice about becoming louder, more visible, or more “in charge.” It’s a practice about remembering something deeper: That your presence… your integrity… your steadiness…already has the power to influence the people around you. Tonight, we’ll gently explore leadership as illumination rather than control. The kind of leadership that doesn’t exhaust you, because it’s rooted in who you are, not what you prove. We’ll walk the mountain path together…reflect on the moments that have shaped you…and reconnect with the quiet truth that: ✨ Your light was never meant to stand alone. It was always meant to help others find their own. No pressure to speak. No expectation to perform. Just come as you are, and let yourself be held in the practice. 👉 You can join us by heading to the Calendar tab and clicking tonight’s session. 💭 Reflection as you prepare for tonight’s sit: Where in my life is my presence already inviting others to rise, even in ways I may not fully see yet? Feel free to share in the comments if it feels supportive. I can’t wait to practice with you tonight. With metta, Miki 🌿

🌿 Friday March 13 - Studio Stillness Feature
Meditation Spotlight: Courage of the Lion As we close the week together, today’s Studio Stillness spotlight is a practice about grounded courage. Not the loud kind of courage. Not the performative kind. But the quiet courage that allows you to stay present with your inner world. This week inside the Sangha, we’ve been exploring ANTs — Automatic Negative Thoughts. The patterns that show up quickly, often without invitation, and try to pull our nervous system into reaction. But meeting those thoughts with compassion requires something first. Courage. The courage to pause. The courage to stay present instead of running. The courage to respond rather than react. In this meditation, we explore the image of a lion... not as aggression, but as calm authority. A lion does not rush to prove its strength. It rests in it. When we meet our thoughts from that place of inner steadiness, something shifts. We stop fighting ourselves, and begin leading ourselves. If you want to explore this deeper, it connects directly to this week’s teaching: How to Stop Reacting to Negative Thoughts (and Start Responding Instead) Available now on YouTube. Today’s invitation is simple. Practice: Courage of the Lion Available inside the Studio Stillness Library for Premium Members. Embodied Prompt: Lengthen your spine. Take three slow breaths. Notice where strength already lives in your body. Sometimes the most powerful courage is simply staying present with yourself.

Tonight’s March 11th Live Metta Moment: Resilience & Self-Trust
A question for you to sit with today: What promise have you quietly kept to yourself... even when it was difficult? Resilience is rarely loud. It grows in small moments of return. Trying again. Showing up one more time. Continuing to walk the path. Tonight’s meditation explores this through the symbolic frame of a forest path: where growth happens slowly, roots deepen over time, and every step becomes part of the trail. If this reflection resonates with you, join us tonight. We begin at 7:30pm CST / 8:30pm EST. To join: Click the LIVE icon at the top of this page when the session begins. Or head to the Calendar tab now and save the event to your personal calendar so you don’t miss it. You are welcome exactly as you are. No camera required. No pressure to share. Just bring yourself — and we’ll walk the path together. 🌿 See you tonight. 🕉️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏
