Clearly pax is disappointed that our time outside came to an end. Haha. Buuuut, it was super interesting. I did my dog check and all of a sudden noticed that the birds were super loud. And different. And I look up, and there were about 30 Lorikeets in the tree above me. We usually don’t have them here. So that was really cool and quite noisy but in the most magical way. 🥰🙏🦜

I just recorded a new guided meditation called "Visiting the River with Your Dog". You can find it in the premium classroom. Inspired by a beautiful idea from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we'll gently place our thoughts onto sticks and watch them drift downstream together. If you visualisation isn't your thing, don't worry- I got you! I added a very tangible version of the mediation in it too. 😉 It's such a potent tool to know one or two strategies how to detach and defuse from your mind. Well she made it through with only a shot they did not have to incubate her thankfully. She was very cooperative with whatever they had to do to take her Xrays and I saved some $ again because of it. This company that is making service dog harness is going to use us as testers so we get a harness free. God is so good!!! However, probably get one from Dinodogear also so I know I will have a proper harness for her. They told us they should have the results within the week. Oh just in case anyone here uses a mobility dog and has to have them Xrayed. I looked up who did the Xrays in my area and called them all to check on what they did, how much, and so on. Most of the places charged by every little thing they did and I would still have to pay OFA to register & check her Xrays. The place I took her to quoted a price that was less then any other place, plus, said they send them off & should have the results in 5 days. It was signi significantly less expensive then all the other places. And again I saved $ because she was so compliant. Her eyes were had no light in them when we picked her up. She was so high. She just laid & drooled on me while I held her in the back seat. Basically, she ate good at dinner but has been just sleeping.
