For the last two years of his life Cricket was completely blind. His ability to navigate the world with an adventurous spirit despite having no vision always filled me with admiration, and his trust in me, his confidence that I would not allow him to come to harm, really meant a lot to me. In this clip we're visiting a property he wasn't familiar with, and while I'm not always Little Miss Chatty when I'm with my dogs, on this occasion you can hear how proud of him I am.

We go on sniffy walks quite often but it is getting so hot. In this video she is speeding up because her Daddy, my Hubby, is doing the videoing. At the end I take over videoing and Hubby walks her. (Giving up my control is something else) LOL We walk 2 miles when we go out. 🐾🦴🎉🦫🤣

I started a new class today on teaching my girl and I the proper way to train her & me to be a mobility dog. The reason I mention this is it will cut down on my time here, but I do love this and want to make time. This is us today getting her use to shoes for walking on hot roads and parking lots. It is really hot down here with high humidity 😫

I put food out today and serial things to play with besides eating all the food she played with her red ball, crinkle chicken, crinkle bear that squeaky, and a stuffed cloth small ball from the bucket
