These concepts sound at glance very soft, but in depth, they are the foundation of wellbeing and resilience. The reason why I called my Business The Magic in Dogs is, that without making these concepts and practices a habit, we don't thrive. And to me, nothing is more fun that to engage with my dog and build healthy habits with my companion. It takes the least amount of discipline and willpower.
Hence to me, dogs are magic.
I am currently designing a 28 day wellness reset but the universe is asking me to slow down (my laptop broke and it isn't an easy fix) and also thank you for everyone yesterday who gave me great advice how to make the challenge fun and most importantly efficient.
So please, have a look at the PAWS formula. Looks very easy peasy. And it is. But most people just enjoy their dog (which is awesome, don't get me wrong), but don't take it to the next level and really make it conscious and let their nervous system benefit.
