Lately Nala has been showing her age and some medical things. She’s slower, some behavioral changes BUT her favorite thing in the world is the swim. Today at the lake it was like I had a 5 year old dog. Her spark was back, and so was my smile

Some days you'll dive deeply into the activities. Some days you might only spend a few moments reflecting on a prompt. Both count. I swear that’s what he was thinking 😂

Last night I had a dream , a very real feeling dream. Drogo was laying in a field. I walked over and laid with him, hugged him. I could physically smell him. I was jolted awake. Today, someone sent me a video about how when you feel that jolt in your sleep and it wakes you up, you crossed into the spirit world and the jolt brings you back. I’m so thankful that he visited me. I miss him dearly.

Sometimes with how big she is now I forget she’s still a baby. First time seeing a lightning bug. To them , that is magic. Light that flys 😂
