If we could live in the woods, we would. Dobermans aren’t known for their outdoor hiking abilities, but we absolutely love being in the woods for hours.

The last few days have been hectic and my life mainly revolved around convenience rather than true nourishment. Today, I’m making effort to put nourishment in my tank, especially as it’s a busy clinic day. So garden platter it is. Shared with Pax in my lunch break. For dessert: a delicious 15 min hip stretch routine as I signed up for a 20 day hip challenge 😝 Anyway, self care takes discipline today. But then, once done, totally worth it. Plus Pax and I spent time together 🥰🥹. Pax is complaining clearly that there isn’t any meat on there 😂

I have a random weeknight to myself (husband met a friend for dinner) so I took advantage to get some laundry done, and then up size some pots for plants....to make room for more....well, about an hour in....little Midge comes and makes it very clear that I need to come sit on the couch for our nightly cuddle routine 🤣
