It was 60° yesterday and woke up to 25° and more snow, but that usually means the trails are empty and that’s our favorite. Sometimes I forget how lucky I am that this is my job to train my dog and hike.

If we could live in the woods, we would. Dobermans aren’t known for their outdoor hiking abilities, but we absolutely love being in the woods for hours.

The last few days have been hectic and my life mainly revolved around convenience rather than true nourishment. Today, I’m making effort to put nourishment in my tank, especially as it’s a busy clinic day. So garden platter it is. Shared with Pax in my lunch break. For dessert: a delicious 15 min hip stretch routine as I signed up for a 20 day hip challenge 😝 Anyway, self care takes discipline today. But then, once done, totally worth it. Plus Pax and I spent time together 🥰🥹. Pax is complaining clearly that there isn’t any meat on there 😂
