On Monday, December 22 at 10 am PST/1pm EST, Carrie will guide a gentle but powerful Solstice circle to help you honor the darkness, listen for what your soul is asking of you, and prepare for the new beginnings already stirring under the surface.

This circle is for the part of you that knows something is shifting, even if you cannot name it yet.

Together we will:

Drop into a guided Solstice meditation for soul purpose and direction
Journal our way through the dark - naming what is ending, what needs rest, and what you are ready to release
Explore the question:
"What kind of soul work am I being called to do this winter to prepare for spring?"
Begin to write your own living prayer or intention for the season, with Carrie holding the container in her Sacred Petitions style
Close in a simple ritual of blessing for the seeds you are planting in the unseen

This circle is an invitation to stop pushing, sit with what is real, and meet the wisdom that only comes in the dark of the year.
