I've already sort of spoiled the 'surprise'. But yeah, I am developing a course that will fix the pain points most of us face when trying to live healthier. - What to do - How to do it, or how to squeeze that into a busy schedule - Why the 'heck' to do it (yeah - knowing why is important too. If you know why something matters, it makes sense to keep doing it) And all explained in a way everyone can understand. Short bouts of information, with the stuff that really matters so you can make better lifestyle choices. But do you think I am happy with that? NO I'M NOT! I want to make it even better. So I am developing some extra support material, and even trying to gamify the whole experience. And then it occurred to me: why don't I ask THEM what they think would help with their learning? Let's CRACK THE LONGEVITY CODE
It's happening. Stay with me here 👇 For the past few months, I've been building something I wish I had when I first started my longevity journey. When I discovered my poor nutritional choices had left me with pre-diabetes, I knew I had to change - but I didn't know what to do or how to do it. I cut sweets and most carbs from my life... not because I knew what I was doing, but because I was scared. It didn't take long for me to start losing weight - a lot of it. Thankfully, I was doing resistance training, so I kept most of my muscle mass... but my process was definitely not the healthiest. I eventually had to supplement several things after visiting a nutritionist. The truth is - I thought I knew the basics of health, but it turned out I didn't. I was overwhelmed. Conflicting advice everywhere. So I decided to make health my life's work. I started studying metabolism, exercise science, sleep, and stress management - trying to separate what's real from what's noise. Learning the best interventions I could apply to my own life to live healthier and more fully. And I realized: longevity shouldn't be this complicated. So I built The Longevity Hub. Now I'm taking it to the next step. VERY SOON, I'm launching the first stage of CRACKING THE LONGEVITY CODE - my longevity course that teaches you the basics of NUTRITION, EXERCISE, SLEEP & RECOVERY, and MENTAL & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING, so you can make better lifestyle choices that improve your longevity. Easy, straightforward videos with clear explanations. The fundamentals that actually matter. You don't need to become a specialist to be healthier - just knowledgeable enough to create and maintain better habits. The course has 4 modules, starting with Nutrition. Each week, new videos will be added to the module. We'll discuss, learn, and motivate each other through the journey. Stay tuned - I'll drop more info in the coming days. You know why longevity is exciting? The basics are what more the needle the most - no need for fancy or overly complicated protocols... But while most of us know WHAT to do (exercise, eat well, sleep well, take care of our well-being), the WHY and the HOW are what will make creating habits easier.
