The Listening Well. Today's practice is an invitation to slow down and come home to yourself. We will begin with gentle somatic practices to support nervous system awareness through movement, breath, and body-based reflection. From there, we will move into a guided meditation called Feeling Has Memoryโa practice of listening beneath the noise and creating space for what is ready to be felt, noticed, and witnessed. This is not about finding the right answer. It is a practice of presence. A practice of allowing. A practice of remembering that healing often begins when we make space to listen.
