Thank you for tonight. After a few technical issues we got there in the end. Tonight is all about grounding, moving and breathing. It's not about challenge. Ease into it. You can find the replay in a classroom called "May Beta Replays" . There is also the "Getting Started" questionnaire to complete before you get started. Each week there is a weekly feedback form that I ask you to fill out after taking the class. Here it is for those of you who were live tonight :) Keep an eye on Skool and remember there are lots of other things on here to try out... and more will be dropping as the month moves on. Welcome Online Yogis ! Week 1 — are you joining live?
So happy you’re here — thank you for being part of this first round. This beta is a two-way street: you’ll get a supportive 30-minute LIVE practice each week, and in return I’m asking you to show up (live as much as possible, or replay in the same week) and share honest feedback so I can improve the online experience. If you get stuck anywhere (can’t find the live links or questionnaire, can’t see the right classrooms, not sure where replays will be), just ask in the "Premium Online Beta" community so I can help - your question may help somebody else too so please be as open as you can :) We are all friends here.. or will be! p.s. Hi! Thank you again for being here - I am super excited to get started! I want to use this platform for most, if not all, comms about the classes so please try to check this space regularly. Skool is also an app that can be downloaded on your phone if easier for you than the web version.
