Last 11 Days (Dec 5th-16th) of Check-ins (until 1/6/26)
I fell behind with the check-ins. With that said, we have 11 more days and 2 more calls until this initial Habit Change U 12-Week Intensive comes to a conclusion. As such, the goal is to check-in every day for the next 11 days. Dec 3 (Wednesday): Tues into Wed: Sleep 7.5 hours Read: Yes Workout: Yes Dec 4 (Thursday): Wed into Thurs: Sleep: 7.5 hours Read: Yes Workout: Yes
As you can see I’m not sleep ugh
Still working on the questions and using the activations when I feel a bit sluggish.

Darn going to bed blown but good news waking up between 6/7 am is becoming more consistent though.

Working on the steps
I’ve been working on the Steps in week 8 I just finished today and I started week 9. It was an eye opening experience going through the 7 Basic Emotions and answering those 11 questions for each emotion, trying to go back to when I was a child and figure out if I was “allowed to or had to hide from” those emotions took a bit of time. It did allow me to release pain that I didn’t know I was still carrying. Thanks, John. Now I have to keep tissue nearby.☺️
