My Full Home Setup (Exactly What I Use to Shoot Content)
A few people asked what my home setup looks like. So I recorded a quick 2-minute walkthrough of everything in my garage studio. Nothing fancy. No overproduction. Just functional. Here’s what I use: - Green screen (so I can control backgrounds with AI) - Key light setup - DJI mic - Desk + chair - Iphone camera for shooting That’s it. The goal wasn’t to build a “studio.” It was to remove friction. If it’s hard to record, you won’t record. If setup takes 20 minutes, you’ll skip days. If your environment feels chaotic, your content will feel chaotic. I optimized for: - Fast setup - Clean visuals - Consistency - AI compatibility (green screen makes thumbnails + edits 10x easier) Most people overcomplicate this. You don’t need a massive budget. You need a repeatable environment. Watch the video attached. Steal whatever makes sense. Ignore whatever doesn’t. Let me know if this is helpful. Shout out @Aj Bishop-Andrews for the inspiration!

The 1 Decision
The one decision I am going to make this week is to select 26 pictures to use for my email marketing sequence
The Easiest Content Creation Setup (No Tech Stress, No Excuses)
If you want to create more content, stop shopping for equipment and start filming. After testing EVERYTHING across 3 brands and hundreds of videos… here’s the simplest, most efficient setup I recommend to 99% of creators. No fluff. No overthinking. No $3k camera bodies. Just what actually works. 🎥 1. iPhone (main camera) even android will work haha Today’s iPhones outperform 95% of “starter cameras.” • Great low-light • Easy airdrop • Zero learning curve • You always have it on you Film in 4K/30 and you’re good. If you want to get fancy and give some depth to your videos you can shoot in cinematic and that will blur the background a little. Cheaper option: Any iPhone from 12 and up still produces great video. Premium option: iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max. 🎤 2. DJI Mic (my favorite) This is the single most important upgrade. Audio > video, every time. If your audio is clean, people will forgive everything else. • Clips on easily • Auto-pairs • Fireproof audio quality Cheaper option: - Boya wireless mic - Ulanzi wireless mic ($40–$60 range) 💡 3. One small light (optional but worth it) You don’t need softboxes, umbrellas, or a full studio. A single LED panel or ring light pointed at the ceiling = clean, even lighting. Budget option: - $20 ring light Better: - Ulanzi VL49 - Neewer LED panel Best: - Godox soft light panel 📱 4. A simple tripod + phone mount $20–$30 on Amazon. Zero excuses. Stabilizes everything and lets you batch film without thinking. Tip: Get one with a detachable phone mount so you can move fast. 🎬 5. Captions App (or CapCut) for editing Fastest way to turn raw clips into polished reels. • Auto captions • Clean exports • Plug-and-play templates • Removes friction so you can stay consistent CapCut is a great backup. The Entire Stack iPhone + DJI Mic + Tripod. Light optional. Captions App to finish. That’s it. This setup removes 90% of the friction that stops people from posting. Reach out if you have any questions on deciding between equipment but dont over think it like everything else....just grab it and go!
Get More Leads...feedback
Hi Gil, ok, I just finished The Get More Leads Classroom video. First thanks for putting this video out. I have a few questions, (a) how do I get 20 leads in 30 days? I have a website but it does not have a CRM I'm not really sure I understand the Paid Ads video. I'm not on FB, although I probably should be, but I am on IG. Is there a structure for Paid Ads with IG, and if so, can you explain that process? Also, regarding getting 20 leads in 30 days...while I built my website on my own, I did not realize it's limitation, i.e, no CRM. Initially, I didn't think about long term. I just wanted to build a website. Now I'm realizing there's no way to retain customer information. I enrolled in Kajabi to facilitate this issue, but I have yet to build out my website. Working 9-5 and managing an investment property and life-ing has prevented me from dedicating time towards these projects. But, someone did mention fiverr to get a consultant...which at this point, since it is a year end goal of mine, i'm really considering it. Thoughts? On a good note, I have been consistent with my social media posts...keeping my fingers something becomes of it.
