The AI Operating System We’re Installing In This Room
I wanted to show you the bigger picture of what we’re actually building inside this community. This graphic is the full operating system I use across my businesses. At the highest level, it has 4 layers: - You — the owner / CEO - AI Executive Team — helps you think, filter, and make better decisions - AI Chief of Staff — turns those decisions into priorities, tasks, briefs, and follow-through - Notion Command Center — the source of truth for execution From there, everything flows into the 6 main rooms: 1. Executive Rhythm 2. Task + Project System 3. Revenue + Follow-Up 4. Content Engine 5. SOPs + Team Training 6. Proof + Assets That’s the full map. But I want to be really clear: Your job is NOT to build all of this right now. That’s how people get overwhelmed. Your only job right now is to install the system in the right order. In your first 7 days: - install your Executive Command Center - get Room 1: Executive Rhythm working - set up your morning brief and end-of-day closeout - start using the system to run your week instead of your memory That’s it. Ignore the rest for now. Once that first layer is working, then we build into: - Tasks + Projects - Revenue + Follow-Up - and then the rest of the system over time That’s the whole point of this room. Not to dump a giant operating system on you all at once. To help you install the right pieces in the right order so you actually use them. What to do next: Go to Classroom → Start Here → 7-Day Executive Command Center Start with Lesson 1 today. Then come back here and comment: Installed ✅ Let’s build.

Install Your Executive Command Center
A lot of you have heard me talk about my Notion Command Center. That’s the place where the business lives. Tasks. Projects. Content. Notes. KPIs. All of it. So I recorded a quick training showing you exactly where to go to install it inside this community. This is not a long complicated setup. I’m literally giving you the same exact Notion template I use in my business so you can duplicate it into your own account and start using it right away. Here’s what to do: Go to Classroom Open Start Here Click the lesson: Install Your Executive Command Center Create your free Notion account if you haven’t already Click the template link Duplicate it into your workspace That’s it. Once you do that, you’ll have the same structure I’m using: dashboard tasks projects content notes scoreboards and more The point is not to make you build this from scratch. The point is to give you a clean starting point so you can stop running everything from memory and start using a real system. So after you finish this video, go do it. Don’t just watch it. Install it. That’s a real win. If you get stuck anywhere in the process, comment below or DM me and I’ll help you through it.

Quick Win: Stop Guessing Which AI Model Your Agents Should Use
I just added a quick training showing you a simple way to make sure each of your AI agents is using the right model for the job. New models are constantly being released, but that does not mean you should automatically switch every agent to the newest one. Different agents do different work. Your Executive Assistant may need stronger reasoning. A research agent may need something different. A scheduling or repurposing agent may not need the most powerful model at all. So instead of guessing, I had my Executive Assistant review every agent I currently use and recommend: - the best model for each agent - the right reasoning level - why that setup fits the job - what I should update You can do the same thing inside Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever platform you are currently using. Use a prompt like this: “Review each of the AI agents I currently use. Based on the purpose of each agent, the tasks it completes, the tools it uses, and the output I need, recommend the best available model and reasoning level for each one. Explain why and flag anything I should update.” Then give it a quick description of each agent. For example: - Executive Assistant - Content Brain Dump Agent - Research Agent - Repurposing Agent - Scheduling Agent - Social Media Audit Agent It will give you a simple audit of your current setup. The bigger lesson is: Match the model to the job instead of assuming every agent needs the same setup. This is a small adjustment, but it can help your agents work faster, produce better results, and avoid wasting unnecessary usage. Watch the Loom, run the audit, and then comment below with: - which agents you reviewed - what model changes it recommended - what you updated Don’t just watch the training. Go audit your setup and get the quick win.

Quick Recap: Where to Focus This Week
Quick recap for the room because I’ve dropped a few important posts lately and I don’t want the right stuff getting buried. If you missed these, here are the 4 posts I’d go back through this week: 1. Get Activated in 72 Hours If you haven’t set your 30-day focus, booked your activation call, and gone through the first steps, start there. 2. The AI Operating System We’re Installing This is the bigger picture of what we’re actually building in this room. You do not need to build all of it at once. You just need to start with the first layer. 3. Install Your Executive Command Center This is the part where the business starts living outside your head. Get the template installed and use it for one real part of your business this week. 4. How I’m Getting to 10 Posts a Day If you want to create more content without content taking over your whole week, this breaks down the workflow behind it. The biggest thing I want to say: Do not try to do all four at once. Pick the one that removes the most friction for you right now. That’s the move. Not: - consume everything - save everything - overthink everything Just pick the one that would make your business feel a little cleaner this week and install that first. Then come back and comment with: - which one you picked - what you installed - or where you got stuck That’s how you actually get momentum in this room. Let’s build.
