We begin outsourcing our self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth to the highest bidder—usually through too much worry about external judgment.
True healing is about reclaiming the right to be "messy" and authentic.
It’s time to stop performing and start living. You don't need a perfect record to be worthy of your own love.
