- Ask yourself: "Is this my trauma responding or is this real?"
- Speak God's truth over the lie
- Make the choice to STAY (even when it's scary)
2. JOURNAL THESE QUESTIONS:
- What good thing have I been pushing away?
- What lie does my trauma tell me about it?
- What does GOD say about it?
- What's ONE action I can take to RECEIVE it instead of rejecting it?
3. POST YOUR BREAKTHROUGH BELOW:
- Share one thing that shifted for you tonight
- Encourage your sisters
- Let's celebrate TOGETHER! π
