“How Can I Think More Positively?” Did you know that what we say to ourselves is 10x more powerful than what anyone else says about us?💭Positive and motivating self-talk is EVERYTHING! Here’s a powerful psychology principle called the “Double Standard Technique”: 1. Become aware of your self-talk. 2. Challenge it by asking: “What advice would I give a friend or loved one in this situation?” You’ll often find we treat ourselves much harsher than others. Next time you’re down, ask yourself: What would I advise someone I care about going through the same thing? Start treating yourself with the same kindness and encoragement Be great today.

Rule Number one: Look forward & trust the proccess. Look back, and see how far you've come.
One thing I’ve learned is when things don’t go to plan, as much as it sucks, it’s not until later that we look back and see it happened for a reason. The key for me is to enjoy the process and find gratitude. Often, we take the small things for granted, things that millions of people would do anything for even just one more day with a loved one. What's the secret? Find gratitude in the small things each day as you continue to move forward and crush it!
