The holiday season is here, and it is challenging to navigate all these great events and special treats. One thing I have been doing is mastering smaller portions and no second helpings. It has allowed me to enjoy all the good food without gaining weight. Stick to water and zero-calorie drinks. My goal is not to gain more than 4 lbs. If I hit that mark, I go back to being stricter and cannot indulge in the goodness until I lose what I gained. It has been working for me, and I hope it gives you some ideas for enjoying holiday eating without gaining weight.
