Canning
I’ve been slowly collecting canning equipment. It can be a bit pricey so just buying some here and there.
At the moment I’m dehydrating, freezing, juicing, jam making and eating fresh.
Only ever made large amounts of tomato sauce in beer bottles on open fires in 44 gallon drums as a child growing up.
I’ll be very interested in any recipes or knowledge on canning.
