I’ve started using Zwift to gamify my workouts.
It’s still hard.
It still hurts.
But I’m enjoying it far more than traditional training.
The real test won’t be now — it’ll be in a few months:
- Am I still doing it?
- Has my fitness actually improved?
That’s where gamification either proves itself… or doesn’t.
I’ll keep sharing how it goes.
