Happy Monday from vacation β€” where my kitchen adventures have been a little quieter than usual this weekend. πŸ˜„ I am still recovering from a bicycle accident that slowed me down more than I expected β€” but if you know me at all, you know that a little rest does not keep me away from my recipes for long. This weekend I have been tucked in rewriting recipes β€” and one of them has me really excited. Swedish pink cookies. A family recipe that has been around our table for a long time and is getting a fresh look before it makes its way to yours.
