Next Wednesday I’m running a Mobility Session as part of the wellbeing events — and you’re invited. 📍 Chadwick House – South Tower📅 13 May⏰ 12:15–13:00 This is all about improving how your body feels and moves day to day. We’ll focus on: - Opening up tight areas - Improving range of motion - Reducing stiffness - Moving with more control Whether you train regularly or just want to feel better in your body, this will benefit you. TRICEPS BOOSTER CIRCUIT – THIS WEEK’S FOCUS
This one’s all about building your pushing strength from the ground up. If standard push-ups feel tough, this is exactly where you should be. Your mission:Complete 3 cycles of the circuit. Focus on: - Controlled reps - Full range where possible - Keeping tension through the triceps Don’t rush it. Quality over speed. Coaching cues: - Elbows stay tucked (protect shoulders + hit triceps properly) - Core tight throughout - Slow down the lowering phase Scaling options: - Raise incline higher if needed - Reduce reps slightly but keep form clean You can find the workout program in the Resource Vault.
