This one’s all about building your pushing strength from the ground up.
If standard push-ups feel tough, this is exactly where you should be.
Your mission:Complete 3 cycles of the circuit.
Focus on:
  • Controlled reps
  • Full range where possible
  • Keeping tension through the triceps
Don’t rush it. Quality over speed.
Coaching cues:
  • Elbows stay tucked (protect shoulders + hit triceps properly)
  • Core tight throughout
  • Slow down the lowering phase
Scaling options:
  • Raise incline higher if needed
  • Reduce reps slightly but keep form clean
