Posted the reel and watched content for week 2. Not feeling good so taking it easy. Fingers crossed this passes quick.

Day 3 Morning Check-in
Today is a rest day from gym or if I really start to miss it, a treadmill run. Yesterday in the evening I prepared 2 reels for advance so I posted one today already. I have a short quiz and a non mandatory lecture today for my masters program. My main goal today is to film talking content for reels or for YouTube. I won’t pressure myself to post the content but this is just a step I’m taking because otherwise I overthink, prepare, plan and avoid until everything is perfect which never comes.

Good morning girls! 🙂‍↕️ Main goal of the day: fully edit the new vlog (including thumbnail) Haven’t done that yesterday so today there is no way around it. Secondary to dos: Just came back from a workout ✅ Structure Week 3 info Declutter my email and reply to urgent ones Post a reel One big task and 3 small ones. Will definitely “eat the frog first” 😅

Day 4
Woke up at 5am with intense body aches, nausea and vomiting and flu like symptoms + period cramps. So today I prioritise rest and recovery. I will only post a reel I made in advance. I’m super glad I got the yt video out of the way yesterday though. Not delaying main goal protects from random hits like this.
