Just take this time to recharge and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Allow your body to take the break it needs ❤️ When you feel a bit better you, but still not feeling good enough to do hard work you can use advice from week 2 to fully align your priorities, weekly milestones etc. that way you get out of this sickness even stronger than before
