How to start here 🤍
If you’re feeling a bit “okay… what now?”, this is it. Start here: - Go to the Introductions post and introduce yourself in the comments. Nothing polished — just where you’re at right now. Week 1 focus: Execution - Head to the Course tab and open Week 1. - The topic for the first week is Execution. - You’ll find a few short videos there and the main asset for the week: The Execution Lab. Then… start executing - Pick one thing you’re committing to. - Use the Execution Lab as your structure. - Don’t overthink it. Action first, clarity follows. Daily reflection (keep it short and honest):At the end of the day, write a small execution reflection: - What went well? - What didn’t? - What felt heavy? - What are you proud of? - What progress did you make? Interact with each other - Read posts. - Comment. - Support. - Ask questions. This is not a passive space. Each other’s success is a group effort, so put in the effort. Weekly reflection calls - Every week we’ll have a reflection call. - This is where we show up honestly and talk through what’s helping us, what’s stopping us, what worked, and what didn’t. - These calls are for reflection and realignment — not perfection. Posted the reel and watched content for week 2. Not feeling good so taking it easy. Fingers crossed this passes quick.

Day 3 Morning Check-in
Today is a rest day from gym or if I really start to miss it, a treadmill run. Yesterday in the evening I prepared 2 reels for advance so I posted one today already. I have a short quiz and a non mandatory lecture today for my masters program. My main goal today is to film talking content for reels or for YouTube. I won’t pressure myself to post the content but this is just a step I’m taking because otherwise I overthink, prepare, plan and avoid until everything is perfect which never comes.
