Day 5 morning check-in
I feel so much better than whatever that was yesterday🤣 Ai said it was a nervous system crash and to take it easy even if I feel fine. Plan is to go to the gym with a friend but only do a light workout. Main goal for today is to set goals like Karina said in Week 2 videos. Today I’m allowing myself to take it slow until body is fully recovered.
