Started Weight Loss Challenge
I recently started a small weight loss challenge for current and past clients. About 11 people total. The focus is not scale weight, it is effort and participation. What I’m tracking: - Showing up to workouts - Completing weekly tasks - Attending bi-weekly group calls - Building habits - Intuitive eating or macro tracking - Consistency over perfection I’m honestly surprised by how committed they are, high attendance on group calls, tasks getting checked off, people asking better questions and more ownership across the board. The biggest takeaway so far, the group dynamic matters more than I expected. The added layer of shared accountability seems to help with some behavior change. It’s early, but this reinforced something important for me, support systems drive consistency more than willpower ever will. If you run 1:1 coaching only, it might be worth testing some form of group support alongside it!
