When I first met Sensei Phil, last year I was 300lbs! I focused on his program which he provided and I must say I am more flexible, agile, stronger, and explosive! Haven't felt this way in a long time! I did a physical assessment last year, and recently did the same assessment. I have improved in all categories of the assessment! In August I was sitting at 280lbs, and now I am currently at 215lbs! He taught me breathing techniques, and lifestyle habits to incorporate in my training as a college athlete.
