Feb 19th - Come meet baby Aya

Hiiiii! Holy crap what a whirlwind.

Baby girl is finally here! We started labor naturally before my induction which was scheduled last Sunday, but we landed in the hospital Friday evening.

27 hours of labor until I met my girl (which ended in c section).

We got discharged after on a Tuesday and were back in the hospital on Friday because I was having a very serious and scary complication postpartum which I am so grateful to have caught on the earlier side.

Anywho - baby girl is perfect and I’d love to show her off! So if you’re free during normal call time, I’ll pop on for a bit.

I anticipate wanting to take our call next week to feel like more than a mom but I’ll keep ya posted as I’m still dealing with my PP stuff that sent me to the hospital.
