Good morning, Conquerors!
How is everyone this morning?
Last night was night 26 of Operation Dreamlandπ₯³
It's actually felt harder to fall asleep lately. It makes sense with everything going on... but proud of myself because I did not reach for my phone! And ultimately reminded myself that my brain and body are processing a LOT.
that being said, I've done meditations this morning so far π
Going to turn on the affirming music and continue my morning!
Goals for this hour:
*drink water!!
*go downstairs- bring journal, earbuds, phone, cup
*take vitamins
*eat protein
