Last night was night 19 of Operation Dreamlandπ₯³
This morning I started my day with meditation, affirmations, and tapping.
Nearly 7 am here. I have a zoom at 10 am.
Daughter gets off EARLY today..
I'm going to try my best to "monotask" today.
My goals for next hour:
*eating some protein
*drinking water!!
*take vitamins
*get some fresh air
