Good morning Conquerors!!
How is everyone this morning?
I have done my meditation, washed my face, ate protein, took vitamins and med, prepped water and drank a bunch, and went to car.
I've also made a protein shake.
I definitely have lots of thoughts. But what I noticed is I had decided to spend 20 minutes on putting away clean clothes.
And I set the timer had music on and when the timer went off, I actually stopped!
This is actually massive for me.
And I am back downstairs and at 11 am, I will go back up and work more on putting away the clothes.
I see how in the past, if I wasn't sure where to put EVERYTHING, I basically wouldn't even start.
And NOW I'm actually starting to say do the "easy" aka my brain doesn't have to stress where it goes stuff first.
And do it in time controlled segments.
And ACTUALLY stop and take a break when timer goes off.
