How is everyone doing?
I'm realizing a lot of things.
And the bottom line is, one thing I CAN do is create a WRITTEN routine and TAPE it to the cabinet.
This way I'm not having to reinvent the wheel every dang day.
And I literally NEED to BUILD IN downtime for myself.
Even if I don't think I need it.
And I have to figure out and respect what "downtime" means for ME.
What does it look like? What does it FEEL like?
What is the difference between "recovering" and "enjoying"?
For example laying in bed is recovering. It is not actually enjoyable for me
So I can do it but it does NOT fulfill me.
What FULFILLS me in part is meaningful and authentic conversations with others.
