Good morning Conquerors!
Currently 6:25 am here. Last night was night 11 of Operation Dreamland π₯³
Woke up with thoughts and said CHANGE THE CHANNEL!
So I pivoted and turned on affirmations.
From there, I started writing in my journal.
From there, I did a meditation.
I'm sharing this because I'm hopefully encouraging you that what you wake up with is NOT what you have to carry all day.
*I* am becoming in charge of my thoughts.
And I have an analogy for this i want to make a video on! How thoughts are like food!
But that being said, 6:27 am here.
My goals if I wake up before 5:30 am (when daughter's alarm goes off) is to journal and/or listen to affirmations etc.
I'm going to get "up" at 7 am. Until then, I am basically waking up and sketching out my day.
