Good morning Conquerors ๐ฅฐ
How is everyone this morning?
Last night was night 26 of Operation Dreamland. Even with daughter in my bed. Not saying I slept the BEST haha..but I WAS in bed without phone etc by 10 pm.
I've done several meditations so far this morning. She leaves tomorrow :( but I honestly can't get beaten up by that in this moment.
So that being said I have a meeting in an hour.
What I want to accomplish before that (so this hour):
*get up
*put on clothes
*get downstairs- bring phone, journal, pencil, earbuds, cup
*take vitamins
*prep daily water
*eat protein oatmeal
I've already got the first 20 minute timer set. Turning on the music now to get me going.
