Good morning, Conquerors!!
How is everyone this morning?
Last night was a struggle. I did go to bed early. I decided not to take the medicine last night (that one I can take "as needed".
I did eventually fall asleep. And I DID stay away from my phone. So still a huge win for me. I did sudoku but was definitely struggling with intrusive thoughts.
That being said, today is a NEW day! I've done a meditation and I have a meeting at 8:30 am.
It is currently almost 7 am here.
Goals for this next hour:
*turn on affirming music- need to think of this as productive because it IS!
*get up
*wash face and moisturize
*go downstairs- bring earbuds, phone, journal
*take vitamins (and then medication at 8 am)
*prep daily water
*drink water!!
*protein breakfast
