I'm Mo, live in Los Angeles, am 47, and feel betrayed by my body as well as Western medicine and our whole healthcare system 😭
I've been chasing symptoms and trying to find the causes/solutions, but usually feel more confused when things don't change. I'm also tired of the algorithm constantly pushing workouts or supplements at me and hoping more focused lab work will give me a clearer path on how to adjust and feel better.
