Hi everyone! We had a great office hours tonight where I put together an open conversation and presentation on foundations. We oftentimes overcomplicate our healing journeys and try all these things (supplements, diet changes, etc) without remembering how important the basics truly are! It's a good reminder to prioritize the things we often know we "should" be doing but sometimes forget to implement. This is your reminder to bring it back to basics, focus on the foundations, and to not get caught up in overcomplicating your healing journey :) you got this!

Hi everyone! We had a wonderful office hours tonight going over gut health in more detail. Fun fact: focusing on gut health isn't just for someone with "obvious" gut issues like bloating, bowel movement issues, stomach aches, etc. If you also experience the inability to lose weight, getting sick frequently/ always on antibiotics, anxiety, acne or eczema, hormonal issues, or even having low energy, gut health is something worth prioritizing! The gut really is at the center of the immune system and focusing on it can really make a huge difference in your healing Below is the replay of a presentation I put together. Meal Monday
Happy Monday! This time of the year is perfect to start spending more time in the kitchen cooking healthy, delicious, and cozy homemade meals. Each Monday, I'm going to post a new recipe for you to try to get you excited about cooking, because I believe cooking at home does not need to be overwhelming, it can actually be very therapeutic and relaxing! Recipes are a great way to try something new as well :) Today's recipe is one I just made over the weekend - Healthy Turkey Chili: https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/seriously-the-best-healthy-turkey-chili/ It is full of fiber, hidden veggies, and protein while being so flavorful! The best part is that it makes so much, so you have leftovers all week which makes dinners so much easier, or it can easily be frozen for later. Let me know if you try it!
