Choose techniques or follow a sequence?
Iโ€™m curious, does anyone choose their breathwork techniques according to what they specifically want to feel? For example, if Iโ€™m feeling lethargic or sluggish, I start with stronger techniques like bastrika or chit shakti. If I want to quiet my racing mind, I start with Nadi shodhana followed by slow soft breaths. I tailor my breathwork according to what my body needs. What do you do?

Breathwork Q&A
What is the thing you are struggling with most doing Breathwork??๐Ÿ˜ซ
Often for me, it is still the challenge to stay in the here and now, to stay focused on the breathing and sink into this deeper level of consciousness, because I keep getting ideas, I keep planning my days, and I always have these thoughts like, "I have to remember to do this or to write down that so I don't forget it."๐Ÿคฃ... So I have a very busy mind, and it's all positive thoughts these days. ๐Ÿ€ however, that makes that often, not always, I'm still having a hard time really being in the here and now and really focusing on the present moment. What's Your's?
