I Recorded a video for the community.... ❤️🎥
Later today I will fly to Bulgaria for my new job, which I will start tomorrow!! 🥳 Starting a new job can be pretty tough and maybe even a little bit stressful, But I trust and rely on my breath that it will ground me through everything 🙏 The last few weeks have been very intense for me. I recorded tens of videos for YouTube and for the Breathwork Essentials course, and I even got sick in the last two weeks. But I made it! 💪 I just uploaded the last video to YouTube, and now I have content scheduled until July 16th, 2026, so I don't have to worry for two months about recording content - and you can just keep on learning and breathing 🫁 Speaking of the Breathwork Essentials course, I recorded seven lessons, and I hope to do a little bit more in Bulgaria. But, as I said in the video, I am not going to promise anything, as I am not sure what the circumstances are there, if there is any space to record videos without being disturbed, and whether I have the time to begin with - so I'm not going to make any promises I am not sure I can keep. 🙂 I also need a little break from the content creation. As much as I love doing this, going to the forest almost every day and sometimes even going back because a video turned out not to be good enough or for other setbacks, made it quite a bit of hard work every now and then. That being said, every time when I upload a new video, I feel really fulfilled I know I do this with a lot of passion. I also hope by taking this break from the content that will spark new ideas and new inspiration, so when I come back, I fresh ideas for new content 🙂 What's also really really nice is that this is a freelance job, and they know I do the breathwork. I'm even speaking with some department managers to organize breathwork sessions there in the mornings for the colleagues, so this is a great opportunity, and it might even bring in some new community members... 🤞 And as I said in my video, I will not skip Skool for one day. I will be here every day to check out what's happening in this community, to share updates, to check other communities - Every day I will take the time to check in and to engage.

Practicing Breathwork while at work?? 🫁👨‍💻👩‍💻
At this moment, I have a very intense few weeks because I started a new job. We had a lot of trainings, and it is a very demanding, time-consuming job. I had to learn and deal with pretty uncomfortable situations which were new for me. Next to that, I am in a hotel, which is a beautiful hotel at a beautiful location, but they haven't turned on the master switch of the airco yet, so I'm not able to use the airco. At night I can't really sleep because it is pretty hot in this room, but during the day, I have to perform....💪 This combination makes these weeks pretty challenging for me. 😅 This made me do breathwork multiple times a day just to calm myself down and to stay focused. For example, box-breathing to stay focused while I was following one of the trainings, or breathing very slow and making the exhale twice as long as the inhale to calm myself down a little bit... And some days I even in the break went to my room to just do a full breathwork session to grab myself together and just be able to keep on going through the afternoon.💪 So my question here is, do you also do breathwork during work hours to regain focus or calm yourself down? Yogic Breathing
Hi everyone! for the last weeks I've been extremly busy at work, finishing late and having little time for myself. So instead of continue with the course training or the youtube videos I've been practicing from what I've learn here. Because after working 11 to 12 hours with the computer just want to disconnect from technology. So I sit on a block and breath... What I found the most useful for me right not is a slow yogic breathing. Just to feel the movement of the air inside from the belly to the chest and back its really nice! So just wanted to share this :) Looking forward to continue learning new techniques here! namaste

I have asked this earlier, and then back then I got the answer that people wanted to see more guided live sessions, I am willing to do that. However, so far nobody has attended one of the live sessions - if you still want live sessions, let me know, then we can plan one at a time that suits us both 🤝 But next to that, what else does everybody wants to see in this community? we are building this together, so just let me know and I see what I can do. 💪 you can write it in the comments below - What breathwork related topic can I help you with? And last but not least, I am thinking about rewarding the most active users with a free 1-on-1 session, that can be guided breathwork, Q&A, just hanging out, whatever this person feels like.
