Very grateful for the "Night of the Witch" event of yesterday! 🙏❤️
Yesterday, here in the Czech Republic, it was the night of the witch. This is a national holiday that has been celebrated/remembered every year, dedicated to the witches that got burned here in the middle ages. As we know now, witches were just people who wanted to help to heal other people through herbs and other natural ways, but they were just seen as cursed outcasts or misfits. And we even can make a connection to the current day society. So many people are taking prescription medicines and other forms of substances, provided by doctors or self-medication, which is seen as normal. While the people who really genuinely want to help people heal through natural resources: the breath or meditation are still a little bit often marked as outcasts or misfits or as "woo-woo" people. So we have a personal connection with this "Night of the Witch" event in the Czech Republic. And I even got the chance to let some people experience breathwork. And I did one amazing one-on-one session @Michael Grey, Which was very fulfilling because I was genuinely touched by the way he responded to this breathwork session. 🫶 And I was blessed enough to close the evening with six people who were genuinely interested in breathwork, and we did some balancing of the nervous system and some meditation. And once again, I was genuinely positively surprised by everybody's reaction. Very, very grateful for this day ❤️ And we even have a few new members in our community, and there might be joining a couple more. @Michael Grey & @Michal Doležálek , welcome to The Bohemian Tribe! 🌿 I'll just share some photos and videos below for the people who are interested. (Apologies they load a little bit slow - that is the only downside I noticed so far on this platform)👇 Have a great day. Breathe well. Namaste🙏

Very inspiring Yordi.
Choose techniques or follow a sequence?
I’m curious, does anyone choose their breathwork techniques according to what they specifically want to feel? For example, if I’m feeling lethargic or sluggish, I start with stronger techniques like bastrika or chit shakti. If I want to quiet my racing mind, I start with Nadi shodhana followed by slow soft breaths. I tailor my breathwork according to what my body needs. What do you do?

I think I will try your idea of gratitude meditation halfway through the day. Sounds like what I need.
What does Breathwork mean to you?🤔
I have a question here. If you hear the word breathwork, what do you think breathwork really is about? The reason I'm asking this is because I'm working a little bit on my messaging as I try to organically get more people in this community to grow and develop this community, but this morning I was talking with one of our members. She told me that a lot of people have a very different view on breathwork and different expectations, that maybe a lot of people don't really know what breathwork is about what its purpose is. So I'm curious here: What is your view on breathwork? What does it mean to you? When you learn breathwork, what do you expect to gain from it? Have a great day. Breathe well. Namaste. 🙏

I began taking breathwork seriously when I was told I had a rare autoimmune disease with no known cure. My skin was attacked itself. I started treatment with meds because I felt lost not knowing what else to do. That’s when I focused on breathwork everyday. I began to get strong insights into the thoughts, behaviours and traumas I was living with that resulted in a body that was fighting me. 6 years on, I no longer have that autoimmune disease. My doctor said, ‘I don’t know what you are doing, but keep doing it’. 😊 My life is completely different now. Not so much on the outside, I always looked calm and poised. But inside, I stopped trying to fight the world. I let go of anger. So to me, breathwork means peace and a ‘joie de Vivre’ unlike anything I had previously felt.
What is the last time you really needed to let go of something?? ☹️🥺
Sometimes we have to let go of the things we don't need or don't serve us. Yesterday was my time. 3 years ago I got my motorcycle drivers licence and all I wanted to have was a motorcycle. The first year 6 months, everywhere I went, was on the motorcycle. However the last 2.5 years it has barely been used (Only for a couple of longer trips once a year and maybe here and there a ride) To be very open and honest here, last year for us financially was tough, there were moments our bank accounts felt limitless, but sometimes life throws a curveball at you. My wife supported me when I had no income and now she is in need and I want to give something back to her...❤️ Which means making sacrifices: "The motorcycle has to go" ☹️ Despite fact I did not use it very much, the time I rode on her I created great memories and I have been big parts of Western, Central and Eastern Europe with her.. So despite I knew this moment was coming for a couple of weeks already, yesterday when I started the engine to bring her away was painful - especially the last ride to the new owner. However, sometimes we have to let go of the things we don't need. In this case a luxury product that has barely been used the last few years and was collecting dust in the garage. I am very grateful these days that I can see the bigger picture and what's really important. And I know in this case I am doing something good for somebody close to me and I take my responsibility as a man to take care of my family as much as I can - that is what really matters. I hope this post was valuable for someone - and I would like to ask, what was your last moment you really had to let go of something, that was painful, but you knew it was for a good purpose? Have a great day! Breathe well. Namaste. 🙏

Ouff, that’s hard Yordi. Luckily we hold the memories of the experiences. Choosing to be a stay at home mum meant letting go of my business and title as ‘director’, and all the self identity I had. Some people praised my decision, others didn’t approve. There was always silence at a gathering of professional women when I was asked what I do and I’d reply mummy 24/7. It has been the best decision I’ve made. But it did mean giving up a big part of my identity to make space for a new experiences. When we are true to ourselves and make hard decisions, it takes a while to experience the benefits. And initially it can feel like a loss. It’s so worth it over time.
Just wanted to share a huge opportunity I have here 🤩
Tomorrow, April 30th, there will be a cultural celebration here in the Czech Republic. It's called "Witches Night" , I am not really sure at this point where this day comes from, but that doesn't matter. The important thing is that this is a day when a lot of people come together and sit around fires circles and stuff and do nice things together and ceremonies... 🔥 And I have been invited by a friend who has a very big community of spiritual people to come there tomorrow and to do breathwork sessions for groups of people and 1-on-1 sessions.. And I am going to do this all for free just to serve that community, but for me it's also a great opportunity to do some networking, maybe get some people into breathwork. Of course, I will ask everybody who I guide tomorrow to join our Skool community, so maybe there's even a chance that after tomorrow we have a couple more community members, at least I hope so. 🤞 So I am really looking forward to tomorrow. I am also a little bit nervous because there are quite some people in this community who do speak proper English, but there is also a big part of the community that doesn't speak English and only speaks Czech. They might be expecting a lesson in Czech from me, and that is what makes me a little bit nervous (as I am still learning the language for the people who don't know). 😅 But I think the 1-on-1 sessions here will be very powerful because those I can do probably in English. Can't wait to see what this will bring. We will see. 🙏 Have a great day. Breathe well. Namaste.
